I want to make a CBA with the help of owners, a list of rules in one big document/ or board. This is why i haven't posted any rules yet. Once we get to 16 members, then i will begin to negotiate a CBA with the owners. I want a league that everyone stands by, its the owners league (hence the name of the league)
